SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The Customer has to specify clearly the address where the shipment should be delivered.
After creating an order, the Customer can change the shipping address only till the point when the product is actually shipped. In the event the Customer wishes to change the shipping address, he / she has to contact customer support team at Zameeni, before the shipping confirmation mail has been received. Once the shipping confirmation mail has been sent to the Customer, no requests to change shipping address will be entertained.
The Recipient accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty.
The recipients receiving the delivery must open the package and check its contents prior to accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier company shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to Zameeni. All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the Customer shall be chargeable to the Customer.
Delivery guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in name or address will result in non delivery of the product.
Zameeni offers to provide FREE shipping for most of the locations within India. For certain inaccessible and / or locations requiring special arrangement to ship the products within India, the actual shipping charge by the courier company will be charged.
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.
We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
After your product(s) has been successfully placed, booked and packaged, it will be shipped within 24-48 working hours. The expected time frame for the delivery of the booked products to the shipping address is between 3-7 business days.
Every country has its own shipping rules and regulations that restrict certain items. For international orders, we strongly recommend the Flat Rate DHL Express or USPS Priority options so that your package can be tracked and delivered with confidence. We urge you to write us via mail or call us to know precise cost that may incur in delivering our product overseas.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDERS?
Orders are typically processed and shipped between 9am and 11am Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or during a major holiday will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that depending on the number of orders, it can sometimes take longer. Please contact us if you need an order expedited or if you are curious about processing times.
WHAT HAPPENS TO LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. For international orders we highly recommend the Flat Rate DHL Express or USPS Priority options.
I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT CAN YOU DO?
If you have completed your order and realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately with your order number and correct shipping address at Online Customer Service. Our e-commerce team is in the office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, so don’t panic if you don’t hear back from us right away!
If you have already received your shipping confirmation, and your order has left the building, it will not be possible for us to intercept the package.
CAN YOU SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes. At checkout you will be able to enter separate billing and shipping information. You must give us the correct billing address and the phone number your credit card company has listed on your account. This is for verification purposes. Store does not ship any order without proper billing information.
